We have an older pool and issues on and off that are great about coming out and fixing our pool issues ASAP. We swim Everyday and never have to miss a day bc they fix it so quickly and reasonably priced. We heat our pool to swim in the spring and they keep the levels tip top shape. They even came out for a courtesy check the first weekend we were trying to heat the pool they go above and beyond .We have used them for at least 10 yrs. I called Allied Aquatics Friday morning as my pump was dead in the water. Aaron was able to send Jeff out that afternoon and determine it was a fixable wiring issue. I was worried that my pool chemistry would get out of balance and get algae over the weekend so I really appreciated their very prompt service !
I'm a General Contractor here in Frisco and I know how important reviews are. I don't hand them out lightly so please take this as gospel. I called Allied Aquatics because my swimming pool service I've been using for the last 3 years wanted to charge me $150 to just diagnose the issue with my heater. I asked if the $150 would go toward my repair and was told no it's a separate charge. That triggered me to call other services. Based on Google reviews, I call two other services. Allied was the only one who answered the phone. I was given great advise and direction and scheduled an appointment. The problem was diagnosed onsite and repaired same day. I still haven't heard from the other company after leaving a Voicemail. This is how business is supposed to be handled in the USA. 5-Stars from me.
Wesley came out right away to replace a bad seal on our pool pump. He is always courteous, professional and friendly. The work is always completed satisfactorily!!

We had our pool built almost 3 years ago by another pool company. I hired pool cleaning service they suggested, they weren't bad but when you call, you get an answering service and then have to wait until they can get a hold of a tech to call you back, plus their service was higher than most. So I did my research and found Allied aquatics. When I called, spoke directly to the owner/managers which i like a lot (and that's all the time you call, you will be speaking with someone from their office). The pool cleaning service is excellent, my pool is crystal clear, and their rates are very reasonable. There was a freeze earlier this year, the waterfall pump froze. The original builder wanted to replace and charge me a lot of money. I asked Allied to take a look, and they said it didn't need to be replaced and just need a part; with parts and labor, they billed me less than half of the builder was asking for. I'm very happy with Allied and highly recommend them.
